A national helpline which is there to listen, inform and where relevant, to refer people to support services in their local area for victims of crime. The website includes contact details of victim services around Ireland.

National support service to victims of crime and other traumatic incidents. They provide a text or call back service, home visits, court accompaniment, liaison with other agencies and referral.

Support After Crime Services is a free confidential service for people affected by crime, whether as victim or witness to crime, reported or unreported. Based in Cork, the Service covers Cork, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary and Waterford. Services include:

• Accompanying victim/witness to court

• Information on the Criminal Justice System

• Assistance with Victim Impact Statements

• Inform clients of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Bureau
